Stampeet Global Privacy Statement

Stampeet respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Statement explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal data when you use Stampeet.

  1. Data Usage: When you use Stampeet, we do not collect any personal data. We do not collect your name, email address, or any other identifying information.

  2. Public Messages: When you create a public message on Stampeet, it will be visible to anyone who has access to the Polygon blockchain. Stampeet does not control or guarantee the privacy of public messages, and you should use caution when creating public messages.

  3. Private Messages: When you create a private message on Stampeet, the message is encrypted using AES-256 encryption and stored on the Polygon blockchain. You provide us with a password, and we generate a unique Initialization Vector (IV) for your message. The password and IV are returned to you, and they are not stored anywhere on our servers or in any database. Only you and those who have access to your private key can decrypt the message. Stampeet uses the following encryption standards:

  • Advanced Encryption Standard (AES)

  • Secure Hash Algorithm (SHA)

  1. Encryption Mechanisms: Stampeet uses encryption mechanisms to ensure the security and privacy of private messages. Your private key is never stored on our servers, and we use industry-standard encryption mechanisms to protect your data.

  2. Disclosure of Personal Data: Stampeet does not disclose your personal data to any third parties unless required by law.

  3. Retention of Personal Data: We do not retain any personal data as we do not collect any personal data.

  4. Your Rights: You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. However, once a message is stamped on Stampeet, it cannot be deleted. It can only be updated (edited), but the historical data will always be saved on the Polygon blockchain.
